By accessing and using GEO-Score (geo-score.online), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

GEO-Score is an analysis tool that evaluates websites for AI search engine optimization (Generative Engine Optimization). The service provides:

  • Automated content analysis and scoring
  • Recommendations for AI search optimization
  • Competitor comparison tools
  • Public leaderboard of analyzed websites
  • Historical tracking of GEO scores

4. Pricing & Payment

GEO-Score offers various subscription plans with the following payment terms:

  • Billing cycle: Monthly, billed in advance
  • Payment method: Credit card or other accepted payment methods via Stripe
  • Currency: Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified
  • Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable VAT or sales tax

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing to GEO-Score, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each renewal period
  • Renewal charges will be made using the payment method on file
  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation can be done through your account dashboard or by contacting us
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within your billing period
  • After the current billing period ends, you will not be charged again

7. Refund Policy

We offer a "satisfaction guarantee" under the following conditions:

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund for the current billing period
  • Refund eligibility and conditions are specified per subscription plan
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to legal@geo-score.online
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination

8. User Obligations

When using GEO-Score, you agree to:

  • Only submit URLs you have the right to analyze
  • Not use the service for malicious purposes or to harm others
  • Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overwhelm the service
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our analysis algorithms
  • Provide accurate account and payment information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Public Leaderboard

By submitting a URL for analysis, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Analysis results may be displayed on our public leaderboard
  • Your domain name, URL, and scores will be publicly visible
  • Results may be used in aggregate statistics and reports
  • You can request removal from the leaderboard by contacting us

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GEO-Score are owned by Lenjo BV and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or algorithms without explicit written permission.

11. Analysis Accuracy

GEO-Score provides automated analysis based on current best practices. However:

  • Scores are estimates and may not reflect actual AI search performance
  • AI search algorithms are constantly evolving
  • We make no guarantees about ranking improvements
  • Analysis results should be used as guidance, not absolute truth

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

GEO-Score is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Results meeting your specific requirements
  • Security from unauthorized access

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Lenjo BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use GEO-Score, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Data Usage

By using GEO-Score, you grant us permission to:

  • Analyze publicly accessible content from submitted URLs
  • Store analysis results and scores
  • Display results on the public leaderboard
  • Use aggregate data for research and improvement
  • Share anonymized insights and statistics

15. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue GEO-Score at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to GEO-Score at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GEO-Score shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.
