3. Free Service & Limitations

GEO-Score offers a free tier with the following terms:

  • First analysis of any URL is always free
  • Re-analysis of the same URL may be subject to rate limits
  • We reserve the right to implement usage limits to prevent abuse
  • Service availability is provided "as-is" without guaranteed uptime

4. User Obligations

When using GEO-Score, you agree to:

  • Only submit URLs you have the right to analyze
  • Not use the service for malicious purposes or to harm others
  • Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overwhelm the service
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our analysis algorithms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Public Leaderboard

By submitting a URL for analysis, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Analysis results may be displayed on our public leaderboard
  • Your domain name, URL, and scores will be publicly visible
  • Results may be used in aggregate statistics and reports
  • You can request removal from the leaderboard by contacting us

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GEO-Score are owned by Bloffee and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or algorithms without explicit written permission.

7. Analysis Accuracy

GEO-Score provides automated analysis based on current best practices. However:

  • Scores are estimates and may not reflect actual AI search performance
  • AI search algorithms are constantly evolving
  • We make no guarantees about ranking improvements
  • Analysis results should be used as guidance, not absolute truth

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GEO-Score is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Results meeting your specific requirements
  • Security from unauthorized access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use GEO-Score, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Data Usage

By using GEO-Score, you grant us permission to:
