AI models are non-deterministic — they never give the exact same answer twice. This is by design (the 'temperature' parameter adds randomness). A score of 80+ is consistently high, while a score around 20 means your brand has marginal visibility. Paid checks use 3 repetitions per prompt to stabilise results.

Yes! We automatically detect your competitors based on your industry and include them in the report. You'll see a competitor ranking showing how your AI visibility compares to similar brands in your space.

Share of Voice measures how often your brand is mentioned compared to all brands mentioned in AI responses for your industry. A 30% Share of Voice means your brand appears in 30% of relevant AI responses — higher is better.

We store the analysis results (scores, mentions, positions) so you can track your progress over time. The raw AI responses are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Your data is encrypted, PDPA-compliant, and never shared with third parties.
